the hotel at Caen, day 2 was "eventful". We had a little rain when we
left Cherbourg, followed by strong winds and then baking hot sunshine,
everybody, including Norman found it tough but very enjoyable.
We have a new Purple Helmet rider, some bruises (Moi?), 2 broken
spokes and some inflamed knee tendons along with some very tired
muscles.
Breakfast is at 7 and we ride for 8, I wonder if pasta is on the menu?
